Gimme Fuel: $11 billion pipeline launched, EU to get gas directly via Nord Stream

Construction of the Nord Stream pipeline has officially kicked off after a five-year wait. The 1200-kilometre long pipeline will be the longest in the world, and will directly supply Russian gas to mainland Europe. The 11-billion dollar project has been championed as a way of bypassing the political troubles surrounding the current Ukrainian supply route.

Hole in gas tank?

My car speakers in my 2000 mustang gt recently stopped working and the amp for the inside speakers was a custom install along with the sub amp, so the guy who installed it mounted the speaker amp inside of my tire well. To check the amplifer, I unscrewed the amplifier and noticed a gas smell when I did so, I discovered the guy who installed it must have drilled through the gas tank because when I stick my nose in front of the hole I get a strong smell of gas. The hole is the size of a screw, is this dangerous and so far I have just sealed the hole with some dynamat and see no problems with keeping it this way. Is it ok to keep the car in this condition or do you think I need to replace the tank. Also I have noticed a leak of some sort on the bottom of the car, could this be part of the problem or it it unlikely, seeing as how no gas is leaking into the tire well. I cant tell whether the leak on the bottom is oil or what, but it doesnt seem to smell like gas, then again its dry.

Moisture is usually welcome in New Mexico although there is grumbling out of northwestern oil and gas fields where a wet winter has left service roads impassable.

My amps are too high. everytime i step on the gas my amps jump close to the 60 and i end up frying my battery?

I have a 1974 datsun 260z-i had a problem with my car before with my amp meter overcharing my batterys and fring them…i was told that a new voltage regulator would fix the problem. i orderd one and i had two weeks to wait…soo i recrimpped the black wire back on my voltage regulator and it fixed my problem but i wouldnt let my temp,gas, or oil pressure gauges work and every time id put a new fuse it would pop in two seconds. i just put the new one on today and now its backwards and all my gauges work but my amps are too high…. if im at a light its cool- but whenever i hit the gas it it jumps and stays as my foots on the gas. i have no idea whats wrong with this car now.
its messed up!!! its like, put my old one back on and have normal volts and no gages working or use my new one have gauges and have too much power going to my battery….

should i just get a new wire harness?
i really need some help on this….thanks a bunch if you can help me out
