Just Cause 2 oil rig 97% problem

As you can see in this video, I got all the boxes, destroyed all the structures, including fuel tanks and generators, and am still stuck at 97% completion. With the oil rig next to it I got 100% in 5 minutes, as you can see in the 2nd half of the video. I think it’s a bug related to this oil rig being involved in a mission. With the “normal” rig, I tried destroying everything before getting the boxes, to see if any boxes on top of structures disappeared, but it wasn’t the case. Any thoughts?

I’ve got the same problem, searched it for like an hour. I’m playing on a single savegame – so I guess I’m out of luck
i actually jsut took all of them…. check for generators?
ive got the same problem and it ive only got 31%..? im sooo pissed as ive only got one saved game as well.
Yeah i have the same problem. Two identical adjacent oil rigs. One has 100% the other 97%. The one I can’t complete is the one you destroy as part of a mission for the reapers. Don’t know if that makes any difference.
