Marlin or swordfish gets stuck in a oil rig BOP in Australia( thanks to all the David Attenboroughs out there its a Sword…Cheers for the imput) – Atwood Eagle Slackos. The fish has been trained at Australia zoo, if you look closely it has an adjustable spanner taped to its bill. This smart-fish is part of a team (roving squad) trained to correct the work of the Subsea Engineer’s who are drinking coffee whilst the BOP is at surface. G’day Mate, she’ll be awright-Ridgy didge.

Specialist fire crews are attempting to stop a massive fire on a leaking oil rig in the Timor Sea off the northwest Australian coast. The fire broke out as staff were attempting to plug the leak that has been spewing oil into the sea for more than two months. Environmentalists have called the oil spill and resulting fire in waters between Australia and Indonesia a “catastrophe”. Al Jazeera’s Azhar Sukri reports.
