Just Cause 2 oil rig 97% problem

As you can see in this video, I got all the boxes, destroyed all the structures, including fuel tanks and generators, and am still stuck at 97% completion. With the oil rig next to it I got 100% in 5 minutes, as you can see in the 2nd half of the video. I think it’s a bug related to this oil rig being involved in a mission. With the “normal” rig, I tried destroying everything before getting the boxes, to see if any boxes on top of structures disappeared, but it wasn’t the case. Any thoughts?

Does anyone know where you get your Offshore ticket in the UK, my boyfriend really wants a job on an oil rig but we dont know where to start! Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks!
Well he works as a ground worker and plant operator (Diggers/dumpers/rollers etc) if that helps??

My husband wants to work offshore on a oil rig becuase he says the pay is good. We live in Houston Tx, where can he go to apply and do you need experience? He is a hard worker and has always worked outside so he’s used to working in the heat,rain,cold.

For those of you that work on a oil rig how much do you actually make a year?
